A wonderful aroma.. a bit strong at first but mellows out at a good rate. The toning properties as the product claims it has, are most certainly there.. as my wife noticed it right away calling my face "the softest ever" . However i am more partial to the non alcohol after shaves hence the 4 stars. A delightful surprise in any regard
