Before I was using a boar brush and now I'm glad that I got this. It makes the lather nice and even and feels very good on the face when applying the lather

Very nice Badger Hair brush, very large which I like. Very nice quality for the price. Make sure you shampoo this brush as once it is wet it smells really bad like any badger hair, until the brush takes up the smell of your cream or soap. Ordinary shampoo which you use on your hair works best I find.

I agree with cesium's review on all counts. Great brush for the money. I didn't think it was that big until I washed it before using it. It's like a big badger 'fro, but I like a big brush.

Considerably higher quality brush than the 16 dollar boar brush found at the local pharmacy. The few extra dollars are money very well spent. Keep in mind this is a very large brush (check out the knot size). If you have a goatee you may find it slightly difficult to navigate around- otherwise you\'ll appreciate the extra heft. For an inexpensive brush I was very surprised at it\'s quality!

This is a good brush for somebody just starting out and who doesn't want to spend a lot. I've used it with soaps and with creams and it does a good job. I've found that after about a year or so, it starts losing hairs at a pretty consistent rate (they are slipping out of the housing) but it's still very usable.
