I could not decide between a traditional styptic and this. After reading some reviews i decided to get this. And i am not disappointed at all, i like how it is a liquid so you don't have to put water on it like a styptic pencil, just gotta rinse it quickly after you use it to get the blood off. It stops bleeding immediately, and keeps it stopped until i finish shaving when i use my alum block, which seals off my face nicely. Overall great product.
