This is a unique product -the emulsion consists of wheat germ oil and alcohol. I love applying it to my arms and shoulders . . . the alcohol then evaporates leaving an extremely thin layer of nicely scented oil. Although pricey - I highly recommend it due to our dry Canadian winters.
