This 21-inch-long (stropping area) English Bridle Leather Strop has the longest stropping area you will find. Its length reduces the number of passes needed to prepare your razor, slowing the wear of the leather and increasing the life of the strop. Artisan-made in Canada using the best quality leather available, sourced from the United States.
The secondary stropping surface is made of felt, which works extremely well with or without paste. The felt responds well to Chromium Oxide and tends to retard leakage better that other materials such as linen or canvas.
Our English Bridle Leather Strop comes fitted with Chicago screws, standard issue in most strops. This provides convenience when changing or replacing a damaged felt strop.
