This great little stand seems to be carved out of solid metal. It stands just 5 cm tall and is 3 cm wide at the base. It weighs in at 95 g and feels very substantial given its size. The bottom is ground perfectly flat so no wobble issues at all. The finish is lovely and overall quality is high. I am actually resting my Edwin Jagger razor opposite the way they are shown in the photos here, with the handle of the razor slanting down over the tail end of the stand. The two points at the top of the stand fit nicely into the opening on the bottom of the razor head but don't protude in far enough to contact the blade at all. The razor handle resting on the counter provides the third contact point for a highly stable position. Highly recommended!
