I have experienced both stainless steel razors, and the shave quality is second to none! The Feather takes some getting used to as to the lightness of pressure applied to the blade, but once you get dialed in, it is truley an awesome razor!

I'm amazed at the build quality of this razor. It's solid, absolutely gorgeous, feels substantial in your hand. I'm glad I sprung for the teak scales despite the increased price tag. They are worth it. Shave is quite good- I'm still getting used to it, but it makes my dovo shavette seem like a cheap and dangerous toy. It's worth the money.

Wow. Love it. When I don't feel like maintaining my full on straight razor (most of the time) I can still get that staight razor shave. Brilliant Weighted perfectly Easy to clean and use Great for travelling Sturdy and yet still good looking

Very glad to see that FENDRIHAN carries the Feather line now. I've used this very same razor for the last 2 years. It has well weighted balance with multiple types of blade refills to choose from. The tension at the scale tip is easy to adjust and the blade receiver disassembles for thorough cleaning when required. Even if you're a hardcore user this is an excellent razor to have as a travel companion as it can remain in your carry on for safe keeping while the blades are placed in checked bags.
