This is my first quality shaving brush. Coming from a cheap Omega brush bought at a drug store (as an introduction to wet shaving) I could not belive the difference in both how much better it forms a later and how soft it feels on my skin. As far as silvertip badger brushes go, this would be in the mid to low range, but an amazing brush nonetheless.

I got the Kent BK 4 a few months ago and man am i happy with it. The case and the brush are great quality and none of the badger hairs fallen out so far. Compared to the boar brushes, the Kent makes a richer lather, holds more heat and feels great of the face. I love my Kent any it will what I'll be using years to come.

Surprisingly there is a great difference between this and the Omega brush I have been using. Not just the price, this is very soft. I sure it will provide many good years of service.
