This razor has the perfect balance in my hand and has a great non-slip grip. Even with soapy or wet hands, I have no problem holding this firmly. I have very sensitive skin and the amount of blade exposure is just right and greatly reduces razor burn. This is also my first open comb razor and I really like it. Since the head is smaller than my Merkur Futur and 34c that I own, I am able to do intricate detailing around my goatee that I could not do as easily before. I am really glad that I added this razor to my collection and I highly recommend it.

Love this razor! I had been using the 11c HD for about 5 months as my entry into DE wet shaving. That one always felt a bit small and gives my hands cramps. This 25c is amazing! Perfect length and weight. My shaves are quick and close with a much easier range of motion than with the 11c and no hand cramps! It's said this razor is better for by people with "larger" hands yet my hands are actually quite small and I prefer this length. My new fave, highly recommend!
