The Parker 13R Double-Edge Razor combines exquisite, quality materials with a great price. Genuine, natural horn handle. A truly luxurious and exclusive razor. The head of the razor is almost identical to the Merkur HD or Merkur 38C shavers.

Extremely nice looking and easy to use razor that gives a very good shave.The workmanship is very,very good and it is well balanced between head and handle.Lighter than some of the Merkurs I have used but I prefer this Parker over all.The box it comes in will be a pleasant surprise as well.
