Put simply, this stuff blew my mind. It is amazing for pre and post-shaving, but they aren't just creating uses for their product when they claim that it can be used for sunburns, scrapes, bug bites - etc. Anything that is wrong with your skin, short of major lacerations or heat / chemical burns, and this stuff helps. Your mileage may vary, but I have found it much more effective post-shave than pre-shave. No matter when you use it, it offers a really pleasant (but very intense) cooling sensation, and it does soften and smooth your face. It also absorbs into the face much more quickly and fully than I would have expected - my girlfriend has started stealing it in order to apply before putting on makeup, because apparently the majority of women's skin creams do not absorb so readily.
