I went through *two* other brands of stone holders before this one for my glass stones, both available online for under 30 dollars. This one is nearly three times as expensive, but the quality speaks for itself. It's heavy, the stones fit perfectly tight and flat, and best of all, it's solid as a brick. It's a simple, yet beautiful and functional tool that is bound to be highly underrated. It will never break, wear out, or loosen up somehow. Save yourself money and frustration in the long run-- Shapton know what they're doing.
