Agree with the previous reviewer, the packaging is inferior but this is an excellent cream. I like having creams in tubes since I like to make super lather with different creams and Mitchel's Wool Fat soap and its easier using a tube. But the same thing happened to me and the lid broke. I have rose, sandalwood and avocado and I enjoy using them all (alone or mixed with a soap for super lather).

I LOVE this shaving cream (using the lavender - see my review there), but would never recommend buying it in this size. For the price, the tub is a way better value, and it doesn't have the one problem that I have with the tube: the cap is incredibly flimsy and broke after two weeks, resulting in me not being able to seal the tube. This is not optimal in a "travel size" product. If you need a tube of cream for traveling, fork out for the Trumper's - its metal tube and sturdy cap won't let you down on the road like this Taylor's tube will. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and get a tub of this stuff - it is truly excellent shaving cream that is hampered by lousy packaging in this size. I give the cream a "5", the tube a "1".
