This brush works super well. Holds a lot of water and makes awesome lather. A bit of a learning curve because I used boar before, but happy i made the switch. I use Proraso a lot, soap/cream, and this brush works wonderfully. Super soft but has enough stiffness, so you still feel the brush. Do not worry about the small size, it does the job wonderfully and I think better than the bigger guys.
