Product Description
The Thiers Issard Le Canadien range of straight razors is produced specifically for the Canadian market. This particular straight razor is part of TI's Historic series and is now available exclusively at Fendrihan. The handsome blade features a barber's notch nose and a festooned "Dos Festonne" spine. The mirror-polished blade is forged from the modern Carbonsong 135 steel and adorned with "Le Canadien" mark in 24k gold.
Scales are made of genuine Snakewood. The rare wood sourced from Central and South America is appreciated for its rich, reddish brown color and unique pattern. Each razor comes in a protective brown baragnia leather case (please see extra pictures above), a $20 value.
Thiers Issard is one of the world's most distinguished manufacturers of straight razors. A family company established in 1884 by Pierre Thiers, it is also a preeminent producer of fine cutlery.
