This shaving dish is smaller than it appears. Take a look at the measurements before you think about buying it. It tapers quickly from the diameter listed here. That said, it is the perfect size for smaller shave brushes, and I find I use less cream with this bowl. Some don't seem to like how the lid doesn't fit tightly; however, I like this because I don't want water and/or cream remnants to be trapped in an airtight container between shaves.
